Lucia Caminos

Fresh out of the Leonida Penitentiary and done with half-measures.

Life has come at Lucia hard. Standing up for her family put her in the Leonida Penitentiary, and only luck got her out again. She says she has learned her lesson: from now on, only smart moves.

Her mother has dreamed of a good life ever since the two of them lived in Liberty City. Lucia wants that life too, but instead of waiting on her mom’s daydreams she plans to make it happen herself.
